Product quality standards
Weld Strength Standard
All welds should be reinforced and tested under pressure to ensure they remain airtight and will not loosen or separate.
Airtightness Standard
The hyperbaric chamber must be completely airtight to maintain the preset pressure level inside the chamber.
Internal Support Structure
Stability Standard
The internal support structure must be robust enough to maintain the shape of the chamber under full pressurization without buckling.
Material Safety Standard
Materials used for the internal supports should be non-toxic and resistant to oxygen-ened environments to prevent fire hazards.
Compatibility Standard
The supports should be compatible with the chamber's fabric, ensuring they do not cause wear or stress points.
External Support Structure
Frame Strength Standard
The external frame should be made of lightweight yet strong materials that can support the chamber's weight and resist deformation.
Corrosion Resistance Standard
The material must resist corrosion, particularly in high-humidity environments.
Ease of Assembly Standard
The design should allow for easy assembly and disassembly without specialized tools or excessive force.
Strict Quality Inspection Process

Incoming Material Quality Inspection
We have stable cooperative suppliers to provide us with raw materials. It is a necessary step to inspect the raw materials before entering the factory.
Raw material inspection
Check the color of the fabric and whether there are impurities; check whether the tear strength and peel strength of the TPU fabric meet the standards;
Accessory inspection
Check whether the appearance and craftsmanship of the accessories meet the standards, and randomly check whether the accessories can be used normally;
Printing inspection
Check whether the printing ink is consistent with customer requirements, and check the integrity of the printing pattern;
Production Quality Inspection
Conduct comprehensive quality inspections in all aspects of production
Cutting quality inspection
Check whether the fabric is cut smoothly and whether there are any knife edges
Printing quality inspection
Check whether the printed pattern is missing color and whether there is color difference
Sewing quality inspection
Check whether the sewing strength is up to standard and whether the size is correct
High-frequency quality inspection
Check whether the fabric welding output is normal and whether the welding joint is beautiful and smooth
Hot air quality inspection
Check the smoothness of hot air splicing and whether the direction of hot air is consistent and accurate
Finished Product Testing and Inspection
Finished product testing and inspection is an important part of whether product quality meets standards. We have many strict testing tools and processes, and use real test results to feed back to production improvements.

Ensure that the hyperbaric oxygen chamber can effectively maintain the pressure and concentration of oxygen inside
Accessory testing

Shipping Quality Inspection
